TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Rates quoted for Agents are all inclusive. The client shall pay personal expenses such as alcoholic drinks, tobacco, telephone, fax, etc.

• MELKAM Tours books rooms with private bathroom on the basis of two persons sharing a double bed room. Single rooms can be booked on request provided the agent pays the price difference.

• MELKAM Tours accepts agency requests for service in good faith and pays the agreed commission immediately after the booking is confirmed and first payment is advanced.

• After confirmation of Tour Program, agencies or individual clients shall make payment in the following steps:

- 50% of the total package price at least 30 days before the commencement day of the tour.

- Full settlement of final payment less commission a week before the start of the tour.

- All Melkam Tours vehicles have comprehensive insurance coverage.

- Except for local citizens, payments are accepted in USD only.

- As per the Ethiopian tax, law 10% sales tax will be added on the quoted IT Price.

- Price changes due to conditions out of the control of Melkam Tours will be notified to agents 15 days before the commencement of the Tour.

- Melkam Tours charges 50% of advance payment for agents cancellation of booking 15 days before the commencement of the tour program.
