Melkam Guest House

Melkam Guest House is a sister company to Melkam Tours.  It is located in Bole Sub City Keble 03 House No. 702 It is 5to7 minutes drive from Bole International Airport, about 200 meters far from European Union Office towards Mickey Lealand Street, opposite to National Oil Company Office and 100meters from the main EU road just behind SALFAZ Building.

The Guest House's Main Building has

• Fully furnished big seating and dining rooms

• One Big Kitchen fully furnished with basic equipments and fixtures

• Toilet for clients seating in the dining room

• Business office catering to clients internet, fax and computer services

1st floor

• One big bed room with own bath, twin beds and all necessary furnishings like cupboard writing table chairs etc.

• Three bed rooms with one common bath room all fully equipped

• Two rooms facing to east directions have balconies

2nd floor

• Two bed rooms with one common bath room

• All fully equipped

• One room with balcony

• Big terrace to be used by all Guest House Clients.

Rooms at the back of the main building

• 4 bed rooms all with private shower, cupboard, TV set ...

• Common cooking facilities

Room Rate (on bed and breakfast bases)

• Big room with private bath 35 USD per day for single occupancy

• Single rooms on main building sharing common bath room 30 USD a day

• Single rooms at the back of main building Birr 25 USD per day

• For double occupancy 10% of single room rate will be added.

Other Services

• Airport pickup and transfer out, Shuttle within city, City Tour, excursions and Package Tours.

• Cooking facilities for guests staying for more than 7days.

• Wet cleaning service

Booking Conditions

• Booking could be made by e-mail, telephone, fax etc

• For confirmed booking 25% advance payment or written commitment is required

• Cancellation of confirmed booking one 15days before has no charges

• 72hours before the commencement of the rental period is possible with 50% penalty on advance payment.
